About The Position

As part of our premium hospitality team, server assistants work alongside the service team to ensure all at the premium level have an exceptional experience. This is an hourly, events-based, part-time position.

Requirements

• Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with varying start times
• Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
• Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• A strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM)

• Bussing experience is an asset

Responsibilities

• Working alongside service team to ensure an exceptional premium experience for our guests
• Food running from kitchen areas to the premium level, suites/loge/lounge
• Supporting bar operations stocking glassware and product
• Clearing tables and maintaining immaculate eating and serving areas
• Assisting with guest experience questions
• Working collaboratively as a member of a team, continuously interacting in a positive and professional manner
• Other duties as required
