About The Position
The Server Assistant supports the guest experience in an upscale or fine dining setting as part of a team focused on meeting and exceeding guest expectations. The role requires a friendly, accommodating, inclusive, and respectful approach, a guest-first attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a tipped position with a posted rate of $11.35 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of fine dining Server Assistant experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old, as required for service of alcohol.
- Team player with a guest-first attitude.
