About The Position

As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Server and Counter Service team members. From maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant to refilling service stations to ensure a smooth service, you will assist the operation team with giving the guest an exceptional dining experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant; minimum 1 year in a busser role.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivering food and beverages to the appropriate table.
• Ensure tables and restaurant is clean at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations throughout the shift.
• Restocking service station with napkins, plates, silverware, cleaning supplies, as needed.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in polishing glassware, silverware, and plates to ensure all items meet presentation standards.
• Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment by communicating effectively and supporting team members.
