About The Position

We are seeking a Server Assistant to join our team at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. Our mission is to deliver genuine hospitality and make "Raving Fans" of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities in which we do business. The Server Assistant plays a crucial role in achieving this by communicating with managers, servers, and hosts, assisting them in their duties, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role requires competence in service procedures, a willingness to help associates, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Make "Raving Fans" of associates, guests, purveyors, partners, and the communities.
Communicate with managers, servers, and hosts and assist them in their duties.
Ensure guest satisfaction by handling requests and complaints.
Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties.
Communicate suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly.
Know emergency procedures in the restaurants.
Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule.
Ensure uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned.
Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
Exemplify hospitality standards.
Answer guest's questions about the restaurant.
