About The Position

At Canucks Sports & Entertainment, we are excited to be in the business of creating memorable moments for our fans and guests. We are now inviting enthusiastic, passionate individuals to join our event staff team and be part of the excitement during Canucks games, Warrior games, and concerts at Rogers Arena. As part of our premium hospitality team, server assistants work alongside servers to ensure all guests to our in-arena restaurants and clubs have an exceptional premium experience. This is an hourly, events-based, part-time position.

Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Completion of Serving it Right certificate
• Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with varying start times
• Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
• Have an incredible ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high volume environment while maintaining a first-in-class hospitality and food and beverage experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• A strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM)
• Non-Canadian residents must hold a valid work permit expiring no earlier than January 2026

Responsibilities

• Working alongside servers to ensure an exceptional premium experience for our guests
• Clearing tables and maintaining immaculate eating and serving areas
• Assisting with guest experience questions
• Working collaboratively as a member of a team, continuously interacting in a positive and professional manner
• Other duties as required
