About The Position

We are seeking a Server Assistant to provide pleasurable dining experiences by ensuring professional, timely, food and beverage service to residents, family members, guests, and/or staff according to established dining standards. Ensures that all food sanitation guidelines are being met. The successful candidate will maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor, be able to multitask and problem solve.

Requirements

  • Good interaction and communication skills.
  • English language proficiency preferred.
  • Part-time positions available.

  • Weekend, weeknight, and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcomes all tables with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Assures accuracy of food orders and serves food in a safe, sanitary, and timely manner.
  • Always maintains a neat and orderly work area.
  • Completes related tasks and side work as assigned.
  • Demonstrates a positive, respectful, and professional team approach and communicates effectively with residents, peers, and managers.
  • Consistently communicates resident and guests concerns to supervisors and/or management.
  • Assists in maintaining and achieving departmental sanitation standards.
  • Identifies areas for improvement, proposes possible solutions, and participates in data collection and process changes as part of the Quality Assurance Process Improvement process.
