About The Position

We are seeking a Server Assistant to provide pleasurable dining experiences by ensuring professional, timely, food and beverage service to residents, family members, guests, and/or staff according to established dining standards. Ensures that all food sanitation guidelines are being met. The successful candidate will maintain a friendly and welcoming demeanor, be able to multitask and problem solve.

Requirements

Good interaction and communication skills.
English language proficiency preferred.

Weekend, weeknight, and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

Welcomes all tables with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Assures accuracy of food orders and serves food in a safe, sanitary, and timely manner.
Always maintains a neat and orderly work area.
Completes related tasks and side work as assigned.
Demonstrates a positive, respectful, and professional team approach and communicates effectively with residents, peers, and managers.
Consistently communicates resident and guests concerns to supervisors and/or management.
Assists in maintaining and achieving departmental sanitation standards.
Identifies areas for improvement, proposes possible solutions, and participates in data collection and process changes as part of the Quality Assurance Process Improvement process.
