Requirements

• Must be 19 years or older.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak times for the restaurant.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the restaurant.
• Must be able to obtain an Ohio Lottery Non-Gaming License (casino requirement).
• Must be comfortable using the OpenTable app for assisting with reservations and seating arrangements.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent service under pressure.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items (such as trays and buss tubs) throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to ensure a clean and welcoming dining area.
• Polish and roll silverware and polish glassware to maintain the highest standards of presentation
• Assist servers by traying up and delivering food to guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Use the OpenTable app to assist with seating guests and managing reservations when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and service areas.
• Uphold a polished and professional appearance at all times, adhering to the restaurant’s grooming standards.
• Work closely with servers, hosts, dish and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
