The FIRE Restaurant is seeking a Hotel Restaurant Server Assistant or Restaurant Busser Application Accepted through March 25,2026 or until filled Hourly Rate Range is $19.29-$20.29 an hour About Us: Find us in the arts district, with the State Capitol and a half-dozen museums within 10 minutes' walk. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent GED
Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
Outstanding time management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working in food service is preferred

Responsibilities

Table Maintenance: Promptly clearing used tableware, napkins, and refuse from tables, ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
Table Resetting: Setting tables with appropriate tableware, glassware, and linens for new guests.
Support to Servers: Assisting servers by refilling beverages, delivering food items, and responding to guest requests.
Cleaning Duties: Maintaining cleanliness in the dining area by sweeping floors, restocking supplies, and ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
