Server Assistant
About The Position

We're hiring a Server Assistant to join our team at Coral Casino Beach & Cabana Club, located right on Butterfly Beach in Santa Barbara. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful service. You'll play an important role in supporting our dining team and helping create memorable experiences for our Members and Guests.
Requirements
- Must obtain and maintain a valid California Food Handler Card.
- RBS certification required if applicable to the role.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the shift.
- The Club complies with all California meal and rest break requirements.

Responsibilities
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for Members and Guests from the moment they arrive.
- Support servers by delivering food and beverages, clearing tables, and resetting dining areas efficiently.
- Ensure tables are perfectly set and presentation standards are maintained throughout service.
- Keep service stations stocked, organized, and ready for a seamless dining experience.
- Anticipate guest needs by refilling water, assisting with requests, and communicating with the service team.
- Maintain clean, polished dining areas, side stations, and service equipment.
- Learn Club menus, service standards, and procedures to confidently support the team.
- Communicate member requests and feedback to servers, kitchen staff, and managers.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and Club service standards.
- Assist with special events and other operational needs as required.
