About The Position

Snowmass Club is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Server Assistant to support our service team by keeping dining areas polished, organized, and running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working collaboratively, and delivering exceptional YESpitality through thoughtful service support. The role involves assisting servers with table set-up, service support, and clean-up, serving water, removing soiled dishes, and carrying food and beverages. Additionally, the Server Assistant will maintain clean and organized dining spaces, prepare for service by polishing silverware and glassware, and rolling silverware. They will also support banquet events and assist with daily side work and cleaning tasks, contributing to a positive restaurant culture.

Requirements

• Food safety certification required or willingness to obtain
• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a busy environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and repetitive motion
• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in hot, humid, noisy, and fast-moving environments

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a fine dining or hospitality environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with table set-up, service support, and clean-up
• Serve water to members and guests promptly and courteously
• Remove soiled dishes, glassware, and linens efficiently
• Help carry food and beverages to tables using correct seat positions
• Set and reset tables with silverware, glassware, and linens
• Clean dining rooms, patios, pool deck areas, and service stations
• Keep ice bins, supply stations, and breadbasket linens stocked
• Clean and store highchairs and booster seats
• Respond quickly to spills or broken service ware with minimal disruption
• Polish silverware and glassware
• Roll silverware and fold napkins
• Move tables and chairs as needed for member and guest flow
• Reset dining areas at the end of each shift
• Assist with take-out order staging for member pick-up
• Support banquet events with set-up, service, and clean-up when needed
• Assist with daily side work and cleaning tasks
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to a positive restaurant culture
