About The Position
We currently have a part-time job opportunity for a Server Assistant in our 1947 Grill, which is our fine dining area that serves both lunch and dinner. Honoring the year of our founding, the 1947 Grill offers a spacious venue for members to dine indoors and out. Our restaurants at Carmel offer our members multiple dining venues including indoor casual dining, indoor formal dining, outdoor casual dining and pub dining. This position may serve in those areas of the Club, as well as 1947 Grill.
Requirements
- Must have evening and weekend availability.
- Must be at least 16 years of age to work at Carmel Country Club and have a youth certificate filed.
Responsibilities
- Assists Server in their set-up, service and clean-up tasks.
- Serves water as members and guests are seated.
- Assists in carrying food trays to tables.
- Sets tables with silverware, glassware and other items.
- Stocks servers’ station with supplies.
- Dusts chairs before and after meals.
- Collects soiled linen from dining room; transfers to linen pick-up area.
- Folds napkins and bread basket linens.
- Cleans-up spills, broken service ware and attends to similar problems during service with minimal disruption to diners.
