About The Position
You will assist servers on the delivery of beverage and food in the appropriate order while ensuring a 5-star dining experience. You will report to the venue's Shift Manager and General Manager.
Requirements
- ABLE Certification
- 18 years old to serve, 21 years old to bartend
- Teamwork skills are required to support the success and enjoyment of the guest.
- Basic knowledge of service standards, guest relations, food and beverage preparations
Responsibilities
- Aid servers in the serving of dining guests.
- Assist servers on the delivery of beverage and food in the appropriate order.
- Greet and welcome guests and respond to their requests and inquiries.
- Set/reset tables with appropriate linen and small wares always following food and beverage standards.
- Perform side work according to responsibilities assigned by manager always providing a safe and clean work environment.
- Remove dishes as guests finish each course or when empty dishes are visible.
- Ensure areas are clean, organized, and restocked throughout shift.
- Understand safety responsibilities and environmental laws by following established procedures, policies, and training.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
