Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Provide friendly, attentive, and professional support to Servers in dining rooms, patios, lounges, and at events. Assist with greeting and seating members and guests as needed. Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after meals. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas, including side stations, beverage stations, and service equipment. Refill water glasses, beverages, bread, and other table items to support timely service. Assist with delivering food and beverages to tables as directed by Servers. Ensure all service areas remain stocked with necessary supplies, including linens, glassware, cutlery, and disposables. Support the setup and breakdown of dining rooms for daily service and special events. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of items. Follow all sanitation, safety, and beverage service guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment. Communicate guest feedback or concerns to Servers or management promptly. Maintain knowledge of basic menu items and club offerings to assist guests when needed. Represent the club with professionalism and uphold all service and grooming standards. Assist with major club events as needed, including setup, service support, and cleanup. · Additional duties as requested by Bluejack leadership.

Requirements

Prior serving experience in high-end golf/country club or hospitality industry is a plus
Good organizational skills and the ability to work well independently, attention to quality and detail.
Enjoy working with Members, guests, and children.
Requires excellent oral and written communications skills.
Service oriented style with professional presentations skills.
Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
High School diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.
Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet the driver safety policy requirements.
