About The Position
Village Tavern is hiring immediately for Server Assistant/Busser positions with full-time and part-time opportunities and a variety of day, evening, and weekend shifts available. This is a strong entry-level opportunity with training and room for advancement, offering highly competitive restaurant pay, scheduled pay reviews, training, and growth opportunities. Reliability, good attendance, punctuality, professionalism, kindness, and a positive attitude are essential. Starting pay is $10 per hour plus tips, with potential for 25-35+ hours per week.

Nice To Haves
- Experienced in restaurants (1-3 years preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!)
Responsibilities
- Assist the team with keeping the restaurant clean and sanitized during each shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Attention to detail
- Remove used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Complete tasks assigned by MOD in timely manner
