The Ingalls Library and Museum Archives serve the museum community by identifying, acquiring, organizing, and providing access to information in accordance with the values of the institution and to accomplish strategic initiatives. In fulfillment of this mission, the Serials and Electronic Resources Librarian oversees all aspects of acquisition, control, preservation, and access to serials, auction catalogues, dealer catalogs, and electronic resources. The position is responsible for leading development, implementation, and evaluation of serials and electronic resources, policies, and practices. The position supervises serials and electronic resources activities and workflows and handles the increasingly complex management tasks that ensure access to the library’s e-resources. This position is a member of the library senior staff and is a co-manager of the Technical Services Management Team.
