About The Position

This temporary summer student position supports the Strategic Education Office (SEO) at NAS Patuxent River, MD.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current enrollment in a relevant STEM or Business bachelor’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and successfully pass drug screening
• Currently hold or be able to obtain and maintain the proper US DoD issued security clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
• Security clearance eligibility may be discussed during the interview phase.
• Employment and start date contingent upon the candidate receiving the required US DoD issued interim security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical or business support to assigned organizational unit
• Shadow full-time staff in assigned competency area
• Complete SEO and/or organizational unit intern program requirements
