About The Position

This role is for someone ready to make a significant leap in their SEO career. You've likely been working with a handful of sites at a time and have achieved success. Now, the challenge is to scale that success across hundreds of sites. This position involves inheriting a proven SEO program and pushing it forward by filling gaps, elevating the team, and serving as the first escalation point between SEO Representatives and the Platform Lead. The goal is to impact the business by owning complex client escalations, identifying strategic patterns across a large clinic portfolio, improving systems and workflows, and developing the SEO Representative team through knowledge sharing and coaching.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with demonstrated results in local or technical SEO - you have strong command of website architecture, information hierarchy, heading structure, and on-page fundamentals, and you can show your work.
  • Deep working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs (or similar keyword and technical SEO tools), and Google Business Profile optimization - you're fluent in these tools and can pull insights from them live, without prep time.
  • A track record of working in a leadership or training capacity - you've helped develop more junior team members and you know how to bring people up without slowing yourself down.
  • Experience managing a multi-site or portfolio-scale SEO environment - the shift from a few clients to hundreds needs to genuinely excite you, not intimidate you.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can translate SEO strategy into language clinic owners actually understand and act on.

Responsibilities

  • Own complex client escalations before they reach the Platform Lead, bringing confident, well-reasoned recommendations that keep the team moving and protect the quality of our client relationships.
  • Identify strategic patterns and opportunities across a 300+ clinic portfolio and bring forward recommendations that improve outcomes at scale - thinking like a business owner, not just an SEO practitioner.
  • Improve the systems, workflows, and internal documentation the SEO Representative team runs on, elevating how the program operates and what it consistently delivers.
  • Develop and upskill the SEO Representative team through knowledge sharing, coaching, and hands-on guidance - raising the technical floor across the whole group.
