Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO, including technical, on-page, and strategic initiatives
  • Experience developing SEO strategies aligned to business goals and performance data
  • Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and strategic SEO principles
  • Experience conducting technical SEO audits and working with developers to implement recommendations
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights and strategy
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and other web analytics platforms
  • Experience using SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console) to conduct research and inform strategy
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate complex SEO concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of industry trends and changes

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies aligned to client goals and business outcomes
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and identify, prioritize, and recommend fixes
  • Analyze performance data to uncover insights and drive strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, dev, analytics) to execute initiatives
  • Communicate performance, insights, and recommendations clearly to clients
  • Monitor SERP changes, including AI-driven features, and adapt strategies accordingly
