• Ensure on-page elements are well-structured for both users and search engines.
• Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize engaging, high-quality content that appeals to target audiences.
• Incorporate target keywords naturally into content while maintaining readability.
• Monitor and improve website performance, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and site architecture.
• Identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, and other technical issues.
• Regularly analyze key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data insights.
• Conduct competitor research to understand their SEO strategies and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Adapt strategies based on competitive insights.
• Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and adjust SEO strategies accordingly.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience executing organic search campaigns
• Understanding of how search interacts with other marketing channels
• Experience with hreflang tags, robots.txt files, and canonical tags
• Skills in holistic keyword strategy, content marketing, off-site citation, and inbound link profiling
• Ability to work with CSS, Java-script, Flash, AJAX, and/or other technologies
• English: B2 or Higher proficiency
• Agency experience (Nice to Have)
• Knowledge of HTML (Nice to Have)
