About The Position

LinkGraph, the client services arm of Search Atlas, is seeking an SEO Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts. This role is remote and open to US candidates in EST or CST time zones. The successful candidate will own a portfolio of enterprise SEO clients end-to-end, managing relationships, renewals, and AI agents that drive account success. The focus is on strategy, leveraging AI tools to automate tasks and allow more time for strategic initiatives. LinkGraph utilizes an AI-native platform where agents are directed by the client services team, rather than manual execution.

Requirements

3 to 5+ years of experience owning enterprise client relationships in a Customer Success or Account Management capacity.
Deep, hands-on SEO expertise (technical, on-page, algorithm shifts).
Proven experience building and shipping AI solutions, and currently working with AI tools daily.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to enterprise clients.
Ability to work remotely and manage a client portfolio independently.
Must be a US candidate working in EST or CST time zones.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of enterprise SEO clients.
Manage client relationships and reporting to ensure client retention and renewals.
Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop and execute SEO strategy based on data analysis.
Build and manage AI agents and workflows for reporting, monitoring, and recommendations to automate account tasks.
