About The Position

LinkGraph, the client services arm of Search Atlas, is seeking an SEO Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Accounts. This role is remote and focuses on owning a portfolio of enterprise SEO clients end-to-end, managing relationships, renewals, and AI agents that drive account success. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools extensively, spending more time on strategy and less on manual tasks. The position requires a deep understanding of SEO and the ability to explain complex concepts to enterprise stakeholders. LinkGraph is part of Search Atlas, an AI-native, all-in-one agentic marketing platform designed to help marketing teams operate more efficiently and make informed decisions.

Requirements

3 to 5+ years of experience owning enterprise client relationships in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
Deep, hands-on SEO expertise (technical, on-page, algorithm shifts).
Proven experience building and implementing AI solutions in a professional context.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to enterprise clients.
Ability to work remotely and manage a client portfolio independently.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to meet deadlines.
Experience with Claude Code is preferred.

Experience owning renewal conversations and successfully retaining clients.
Familiarity with AI tools and a preference for automating tasks.
Ability to identify and act on opportunities without explicit direction.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of enterprise SEO clients, managing the client relationship and their results.
Drive client retention through relationship building and effective reporting.
Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
Develop and execute strategy based on data analysis.
Build and manage AI agents and workflows for reporting, monitoring, and recommendations.
