About The Position

Viva Talent connects US companies with exceptional Executive Assistants and opens meaningful, career-defining work for talented people across Latin America. We're a globally distributed team of 200+ members across 15+ countries and 3 continents, on a mission to expand real opportunity for women in LatAm. The model works; now we're building the engine to scale it.

Viva's organic search efforts are already in motion, but we need a dedicated in-house owner to take the wheel. We need someone who can take the current foundation, identify what is working and what is not, and turn it into a clear, measurable SEO and AEO growth program. On top of that, AI-powered search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE) is reshaping how buyers find companies like ours, and we haven't started on AEO at all.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as an SEO Manager with hands-on experience across technical SEO and content SEO, not just strategy or reporting.
• You've owned an SEO roadmap end to end. Prioritization, execution, reporting, and iteration, not just executing under someone else's direction.
• You have hands-on experience with AEO and/or GEO and understand how AI is changing search.
• You have hands-on experience using AirOps or a similar tool as part of your SEO or content workflow.
• Technical SEO proficiency: site architecture, crawl optimization, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup.
• Content strategy experience: keyword research, topic clustering, editorial prioritization, and content briefs.
• Experience managing an SEO team or directly leading SEO team members.
• Data-driven reporting: you can connect organic performance to business outcomes, explain the story behind the numbers, and recommend what to do next.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO + AEO roadmap. Priorities, timelines, KPIs. Take over what's already running, improve the processes, and drive it forward day to day.
• Build the content strategy. Keyword research, topic clustering, editorial briefs, and prioritization that ties organic content to business goals.
• Run technical SEO. Site architecture, crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and indexation.
• Build our AEO strategy. Improve how Viva is understood, cited, and surfaced across AI search experiences such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude.
