About The Position

Are you ready to jumpstart your career with a summer internship at Tyson Foods? The Sensory Science Intern will support Tyson Foods' sensory team in evaluating product quality, consumer acceptance, and product innovation initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in planning and executing sensory studies, preparing product samples, collecting and analyzing data, and communicating insights to cross-functional teams. Interns will collaborate with product development, culinary, and consumer insights teams to help drive product decisions and enhance the consumer experience.

Requirements

Incoming junior, senior, or higher education with at least one semester of school remaining.
Pursuing a degree in Food Science, Sensory Science, or a related field is preferred.
Previous work experience in any field is preferred.
Work experience within the internship discipline is strongly preferred but not required.
Strong computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel, familiarity with Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to multitask, motivated self-starter, and collaborative.
