About The Position

Summit Federal Services, LLC (SFS) is seeking a Functional Area Expert (FAE) Information Advantage Analyst (Electronic Battle/Information Environment) to support the CBL Battle Lab Facility at Fort Gordon, GA. This role is contingent on contract award and requires onsite work. The FAE will serve as a senior subject matter expert, analyzing, assessing, and advising on operations within the information environment (IE). The position supports military, intelligence, and national security organizations by integrating various operational capabilities to achieve information advantage over adversaries. Information Advantage focuses on gaining, maintaining, and exploiting superiority in the IE through the integration of people, processes, technology, and operational capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Communications, Psychology, Data Science, or related discipline.
• Typically 10–15+ years of experience in: Information Operations (IO), Intelligence Analysis, Cyber Operations, Electronic Warfare, Strategic Communications, Military Planning, Information Environment Analysis.
• Strong understanding of information-related capabilities and joint operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and briefing skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in National Security Studies, Strategic Studies, Information Operations, Intelligence, or related field.
• Experience supporting: Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, Intelligence Community, Special Operations Forces, Department of Defense information warfare organizations.
• Knowledge of: Joint Publication 3-04 Information in Joint Operations, Joint Information Operations doctrine, Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Influence operations and cognitive warfare, Open-source intelligence (OSINT).
• Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance.
• Desired Technical Skills: Information environment analysis, Influence and narrative assessment, Intelligence fusion, Cyber and EW integration, Data analytics and visualization, Social network analysis, Operational planning, Campaign assessment methodologies, Strategic communications analysis, Artificial intelligence and information operations applications.
• Common Tools & Platforms: Palantir Gotham, ArcGIS Pro, Tableau, Power BI, Systems Tool Kit (STK), JIRA, Confluence.
• Preferred Certifications: PMP, CISSP, Security+, Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal advisor on Information Advantage, Information Operations (IO), and Information Environment (IE) activities.
• Analyze adversary information capabilities, narratives, influence operations, and decision-making processes.
• Assess the effectiveness of information-related capabilities (IRCs) across military and government operations.
• Support planning, execution, and assessment of campaigns designed to influence target audiences and decision-makers.
• Integrate intelligence, cyber, electronic warfare, public affairs, military information support operations (MISO), and space capabilities.
• Develop operational assessments, measures of effectiveness (MOEs), and measures of performance (MOPs).
• Conduct information environment analysis and operational impact assessments.
• Support experimentation, wargaming, modeling, and simulation activities related to information advantage.
• Provide executive briefings, operational recommendations, and strategic assessments.
• Advise senior leaders on information warfare risks, opportunities, and emerging threats.
• Lead Information Advantage assessments and operational analyses.
• Mentor analysts, planners, intelligence professionals, and operational teams.
• Coordinate across cyber, intelligence, EW, information operations, and strategic communications organizations.
• Advise senior military and government leaders on information warfare strategies.
• Support capability development, doctrine evolution, and future operational concepts.
