Senior/Staff Security Engineer - Trust & Safety Lead

ZORA is hiring for a Trust & Safety Security Lead who will be responsible for ensuring the security of all ZORA products, with a focus on application security and infrastructure security. This role involves implementing best practices, conducting regular reviews and testing, managing network infrastructure security, and overseeing the bug bounty program. The Trust & Safety Security Lead will also be responsible for drafting and implementing security policies, providing security training to staff, and integrating trust and safety tooling to address fraud and remove harmful content from the platform.

• Conduct regular reviews and testing for all existing ZORA products for application security
• Manage control of ZORA's network infrastructure security
• Oversee the bug bounty program and lead internal vulnerability testing procedures
• Draft, implement, and review internal security policy documentation
• Provide general security training to staff
• Implement and integrate trust and safety tooling to address fraud and remove harmful and inappropriate content from the platform
• Conduct security code review and incident response
• Demonstrate proficiency in device security
• Draft and train on security and T&S policies
• Handle T&S complaint intake and design and implement procedures to identify and remove fraudulent or inappropriate content.
