As a Yardi Senior Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between operations and technology, helping teams get the most out of our Yardi platform. You will own L3 and L4 escalated support cases, delivering timely and strategic resolutions. You will lead advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for Yardi Voyager 8, CRM IQ, SiteManager, RentCafe, and related modules. You will analyze and document user needs to recommend configuration changes or enhancements. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful implementation of enhancements and integrations. You will test new features, assist in implementations, and support training efforts. You will escalate critical issues with well-documented context and analysis. You will develop and maintain documentation, including best practices, training materials, and troubleshooting guides. You will ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company security policies. You will build Yardi reports to provide better visibility to internal and external stakeholders.
