As we continue to grow in the risk mitigation industry, we’re evolving our brand and market presence to reflect the expertise of our team and the clients we serve. We are seeking a Senior Writer to support marketing initiatives across our divisions. This role offers a diverse mix of writing responsibilities across channels. Proposal development and proposal library management will be your primary focus, accounting for approximately 70% of the role. The remaining 30% will focus on B2B communications, including marketing campaigns, news releases, sales materials, and other strategic content initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and marketing, including graphic design, web, and digital specialists, to deliver compelling and effective communications. This is a remote position with the opportunity to visit local offices. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Customer Experience, you will create impactful content that strengthens Xpera’s brand presence and supports business growth. Requirements

  • Four or more years of professional experience writing proposals.
  • Post-secondary education in Communications or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • B2B experience is an asset.
  • Strong ability to write for different formats and audiences and collaborate across company divisions with key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently, seeking solutions and thriving in a remote environment, connecting and collaborating with ease.
  • Agile, quick to adapt, and ready to seize new opportunities.
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Bilingual (English & French) is an asset.
