About The Position
The Senior Claims Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing complex or high-severity claims across multiple lines of business. They act as a subject matter expert, provide guidance to junior staff, and ensure accurate and timely claim resolution in accordance with policy terms and company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant claims experience.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in claims systems and insurance regulations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex claims data to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Review and assess claims for compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management.
- Collaborate with claims teams to resolve issues and implement best practices.
- Mentor and support junior analysts in their development and workload management.
