Act as a Workday generalist and assist with tier I to III level tickets supporting Workday users and the team. This role involves demonstrating Workday system knowledge for troubleshooting, configuration, enhancement, maintenance, and testing. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and building positive relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts is crucial. The position requires a willingness to learn new areas of Workday for cross-functional support and participation in the research, design, development, testing, delivery, and training of new and modified business processes, reports, and tools. The role also includes reviewing and completing Workday helpdesk tickets, tracking requirements, timelines, and communications, and serving as a Sr. Analyst for Workday modules. Specialized experience in Security, People Experience, Workday Everywhere, Business Processes, and Report Writer is desired, with experience in other functional areas being a plus. The role assists with the continuous maintenance of the Workday platform, communicates with stakeholders and team members, and serves as a project assistant for Workday configuration and enhancements. The individual will offer insights on solutions that meet customer needs while considering audience, performance, and usability, and stay updated with Workday releases and roadmaps to leverage new features. Other responsibilities may be assigned.
