The Senior Workday ERP Analyst is a functional and technical partner to Altasciences’ Accounting and Finance teams. The role owns complex configuration, support, and continuous improvement across Workday Financials, Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday Payroll, and enterprise reporting. The analyst translates business requirements into scalable solutions, reliable financial data, effective controls, and clear reporting, applying strong accounting knowledge and deep Workday expertise. The analyst helps lead major enhancements and cross-functional initiatives, resolves complex production issues, guides testing and release readiness, and mentors other analysts. The role requires understanding how payroll, planning, reporting, security, integrations, and the Workday Financials data model affect the general ledger and downstream accounting processes. Responsibilities include supporting and administering Adaptive Planning; supporting payroll processes and their accounting impacts; leading reporting and analytics solutions; supporting Workday Financials and accounting operations; and helping lead projects, governance, testing, documentation, and change activities. The position requires collaboration with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Payroll, HRIS, integration resources, vendors, and other stakeholders. English fluency is essential. English is required for study protocols, designs, and clinical research documents, and is the primary language used to correspond with Altasciences employees across Canada and the United States. Altasciences strives to provide a French working environment for employees in Quebec and states it has taken reasonable steps to avoid imposing the English requirement under its francization program.
