The Senior Wealth Advisor is responsible for developing, leading, and managing relationships with high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clients, typically holding $3–$40 million in investable assets. This role also collaborates on more complex relationships exceeding $40 million to $150+ million. This position is distinguished by deep experience in advising clients with highly complex wealth scenarios, including advanced wealth transfer strategies, business succession planning, sophisticated tax-aware planning in coordination with attorneys and CPAs, and executive-level planning opportunities through the bank’s Commercial Banking and Executive Advantage programs. As the primary relationship lead, the Senior Wealth Advisor acts as the strategic quarterback, partnering with internal specialists such as trust officers, private bankers, portfolio managers, and financial wealth planners to deliver fully integrated, fiduciary-aligned wealth solutions. Success requires advanced technical expertise in wealth planning and the ability to orchestrate multidisciplinary collaboration in complex client situations. The Senior Wealth Advisor is accountable for driving organic growth through business development, client retention, and expanding relationships across trust, investment management, financial planning, and banking services. This includes converting senior executive-level opportunities and consistently delivering exceptional client experiences while adhering to all regulatory, fiduciary, and risk management standards. Senior Wealth Advisors possess a proven track record as top performers in wealth management, with the experience and judgment to present and deliver the organization’s full capabilities to meet personal wealth needs and referred institutional or executive relationships. Advanced wealth planning expertise is essential for leading client engagements and navigating the inherent complexity of this role.
