Senior Wargame Exercise Analyst
About The Position
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Wargame Exercise Analyst to join our team in Oahu, HI. This role involves validating technical documentation and exercise scenarios, authorizing quality gate oversight for simulation data, coordinating logistical requirements for multinational training events, and serving as a primary technical authority for asymmetric modeling techniques. The analyst will oversee the development of training manuals, translate requirements into discipline-specific language for theater exercises, and manage the technical writing and editing process for exercise reports. Additionally, the role includes providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
Requirements
- BA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
- 10+ years of position-relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in quality gate oversight and serving as a functional lead.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance.

- MA/MS in a relevant discipline or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience.
- Experience with Joint Operational Planning Toolkit (JOPT) and C2IE systems.
Responsibilities
- Validates technical documentation and exercise scenarios to ensure alignment with established industry and military standards.
- Authorizes quality gate oversight for simulation data and coordinates complex logistical requirements for multinational training events.
- Serves as a primary technical authority for the application of asymmetric modeling techniques.
- Oversees the development of training manuals and materials for operational systems including command and control of the information environment.
- Coordinates with mission partners to translate received requirements into discipline-specific language for theater exercises.
- Manages the technical writing and editing process for consolidated exercise reports suitable for high-level distribution.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
