About The Position

Elevate your career at our dual-suite facility, where we bridge the gap between global commercial excellence and pioneering clinical research. We are seeking dedicated professionals to work in our small scale GMP warehouse to support the manufacturing of clinical and commercial drug substances.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 5 years warehouse experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years working in a GMP environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory of material and gowning supplies in the manufacturing area ensuring a first expiry first out (FEFO) flow.
• Perform daily GMP Warehouse Operations (receiving materials, inventory control, distributing materials, shipping, etc.)
• Maintains inventory of cleaning tools/expiration dates (i.e. buckets, mop handles, etc.)
• Maintain process waste materials and manage daily Manufacturing waste.
• Receive/transfer materials and perform SAP transactions, as needed.
• Assist with keeping processing rooms stocked with supplies required for production.
• Submit in-process samples to Quality Control (QC) for testing, as needed.
• Assist Warehouse personnel with clerical duties (e.g., filing, making copies, maintaining controlled documents, record requests, labeling materials, preparation under supervision of technical staff).
• Support the daily manufacturing operations in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment.
• Perform and maintain all related data and records in compliance with cGMP and quality procedures.
• Keep up to date on required controlled document training.
• Perform work in a manner consistent with company safety policies and procedures.
