Senior Warehouse Associate
About The Position
The Senior Warehouse Associate serves as the lead hourly operator and on-floor subject matter expert for warehouse activities, responsible for coordinating daily receiving, inventory control, requisition fulfillment, internal distribution, and warehouse workflow execution. This role extends beyond task completion and includes real-time prioritization, issue resolution, training support, procedural reinforcement, and oversight of control-sensitive activities in a regulated casino environment. The Senior Associate acts as the bridge between frontline execution and supervisory oversight, helping ensure that work is completed accurately, efficiently, safely, and in alignment with internal controls, service expectations, and operational deadlines.
Requirements
- Lead hourly operator and on-floor subject matter expert for warehouse activities.
- Experience in a regulated casino environment.
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
