About The Position

Millennium Lighting is currently seeking a versatile individual to fill an immediate need for a Senior Warehouse Associate. If you have familiarity and experience with warehousing, shipping and receiving, coupled with a dedication to phenomenal customer service, this is the position for you! The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 11:00am-7:30pm.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education.
• Sense of teamwork, ownership, and attention to detail in your work.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Ability to facilitate change within the organization in a positive manner.
• General digital literacy for basic data entry.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required

Nice To Haves

• 3 years experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is preferred.
• A background in Warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory is helpful.
• RF scanning experience preferred.
• Forklift Operator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively assist associates through the daily pick and pack process according to company standard operating procedures.
• Perform a variety of warehousing duties such as loading, checking, order picking, and shipping.
• Audit and verify the accuracy of outbound shipments by checking items and quantities against picking documents.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Responsible for ensuring warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
