About The Position

This is not a UX/Product Designer role. Candidates whose portfolios consist primarily of UX case studies, user flows, or app/dashboard UI are not a fit, even with a high level of seniority or relevant fintech domain experience. Required background in: Luxury, Fintech, Banking, or High-end digital design studio domains.

Requirements

• Design Portfolio required; applications without one won't be considered.
• Portfolio must show real client work with clear individual authorship.
• 5+ years of experience specifically as Illustrator / Visual Designer / Brand Designer.
• Experience specifically in Luxury / Fintech / Banking / High-end digital design.
• Portfolio must show versatility across different industries/project types.
• Strong execution of core logo/brand identity craft.
• Confident command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Experience with 3D software: Blender or Cinema 4D.
• Portfolio featuring a range of illustration styles, including 3D work.
• Proficient English level.
• EU or UAE location/timezone.

Responsibilities

• Execute core logo/brand identity craft with confident quality in the fundamentals of branding.
• Develop different solutions across different brand identity projects, avoiding repetition of visual patterns.
• Create illustrations, branding assets, social media posts (Twitter, LinkedIn), banners, and backdrops (including roll-ups).
• Adapt style to client's brand, demonstrating flexibility rather than a strongly defined, niche personal aesthetic.
• Maintain high attention to detail in all work.
• Present portfolio professionally and appropriately.
