Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales support or marketing within an agency or service-based environment.
  • Deep proficiency in Apollo CRM (or equivalent sales engagement platforms).
  • Strong Canva skills with a portfolio of professional work samples.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Asana and AI tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) for workflow acceleration.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, GEO, and basic SEO principles.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, professional home workspace.
  • Exceptional Written English: Ability to write compelling, professional copy for external audiences.
  • Proactive Ownership: You notice gaps and build solutions without being asked.
  • Communication: High transparency; you surface problems early and provide informed suggestions.
  • Agility: Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities may shift.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain contact lists in Apollo CRM; manage automated sequences and track response rates.
  • Identify and vet decision-makers within the beauty, wellness, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Qualify inbound leads and support the CEO in moving prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM records and activity logs, providing weekly pipeline reports.
  • Concept, draft, and deploy email campaigns, focusing on high-impact copy and segmentation.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram that aligns with the agency brand voice.
  • Write and publish SEO-optimized blog posts on a consistent schedule.
  • Deliver weekly reports on opens, clicks, conversions, and follower growth.
  • Use Canva to create high-quality pitch decks, one-pagers, social graphics, and proposal templates.
  • Ensure all internal and client-facing materials meet agency aesthetic standards.
  • Manage all tasks and deadlines in Asana, proactively flagging potential delays.
  • Leverage tools like Claude or Gemini to accelerate content drafting and research workflows.
  • Monitor Google Analytics and Search Console to produce monthly traffic and SEO reports.
