We are looking to add a Senior Video Producer to our NYC Digital Team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of producing experience
- Experience juggling multiple projects and clients
- Experience in turning ideas into action with clinical precision
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines within a highly matrixed organization
- Past experience in multiple fields of the trade, including treatment and script writing, directing, and managing high-level agencies and clients
- Excellent storytelling capabilities that transfer well to video
- Strong communication skills for dealing with clients and giving directions to directors, field producers, editors and graphics artists
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sports content (editorial or branded) is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Manage video projects through pre-production, production, and post-production
- Hire and manage freelance video production crews and vendors to execute against deliverables
- Ideate with internal sales and marketing teams against new RFPs
- Mentor and grow associate producers
- Oversee internal production and postproduction teams, gathering and communicating feedback to all stakeholders
- Direct full time and contract teams in execution of video content
- Be responsible for quality control and maintaining high level production quality across all video projects
