YOUR IMPACT Our Wealth Management Team is looking for a dynamic and transformational Leader who can help oversee functions with Trade Support and/or Client Onboarding experience. Build strong performing teams by driving commercial strategy and embedding a strong risk management framework. Will be involved in contributing to the region’s strategic priorities that sync up with the overall Global divisional goals. OUR IMPACT Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted function that partners with all parts of the firm to provide banking, securities, and asset management services to clients around the world. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow. JOB SUMMARY & RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 7+ years of work experience as a senior leader in Business, Client Onboarding, Operations or Risk related field.
  • Industry knowledge, basic accounting knowledge as well as MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel) required
  • Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients with differing levels of product experience.
  • Strong motivation to succeed, both as an individual and as a team
  • Ability to mentor and a mange a team
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Effective problem solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to use discretion and good judgement
  • Good understanding of products, functioning and risk
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong appreciation of client service.
  • Strong analytical skills and exposure to project work

  • Influence and drive strategic change across the front to back of the function and the broader stakeholder community

  • Optimize clients’ operational efficiency by offering innovative yet tangible solutions that meet their needs
  • Communicate and connect with multiple levels of the organization and influence changes.
  • Able to deal with multiple situations escalated by incorporating a broad set of stakeholders’ viewpoints both internally and externally.
  • Connect the dots and thinks holistically about optimizing commercial outcomes at the firm wide level
  • Act as a senior point of contact in supporting the business and assessing new business opportunities
  • Inspires followership by being a visible and connected leader at all levels of their organization
  • Demonstrates a strong risk management culture and continues to look for opportunities to identify and mitigate risk.
