About The Position

Encore Service Group is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Vice President to provide executive leadership across all self-parking, valet, and shuttle service operations for Encore Service Group. This role is responsible for strategic oversight, financial performance, client relationship management, and operational excellence throughout a multisite portfolio. This successful candidate will demonstrate deep industry expertise, exceptional business acumen, and a consistent record of driving organizational growth and service quality.

Requirements

Extensive experience within the self-parking, valet, shuttle, and transportation services sector
Demonstrated mastery of forecasting, cashflow, P&L management, bidding, sales, and marketing
Proven leadership of large teams and multilocation operations
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, client focused environment

Responsibilities

Establish and execute enterprise level operational strategies that ensure alignment, efficiency, and service consistency across all divisions.
Direct comprehensive P&L oversight, financial forecasting, cashflow management, and budget administration to support long-term fiscal stability.
Guide the development and implementation of sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and client acquisition strategies to expand market presence.
Lead the preparation of competitive bids, negotiate contract terms, and secure sustainable partnerships with commercial, municipal, and hospitality clients.
Maintain high standards of client service through structured communication, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement programs.
Implement advanced operational systems, workforce management practices, and technology solutions to enhance productivity and service delivery.
