About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Transformation Delivery Lead to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is based in New York, NY. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, with a focus on process re-engineering to improve operational efficiency, reduce complexity, and drive measurable outcomes. Drive delivery outcomes across the full lifecycle, from ideation through execution, ensuring alignment to business goals, timelines, and measurable impact. Own and deliver project plans, backlogs, and delivery artifacts, ensuring transparency, quality, and adherence to enterprise standards. Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively resolving blockers to maintain delivery momentum. Facilitate key delivery ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and governance routines to ensure consistent execution and accountability. Apply structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize processes and enhance delivery performance. Leverage AI and emerging technologies to design, enhance, and optimize the organization’s operating model. Conduct business analysis and process mapping to identify pain points, document current-state workflows, and design future-state processes. Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align delivery outcomes with strategic objectives and drive adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high-performance delivery across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.
  • 10-12 years of progressive experience in transformation, delivery management, process re-engineering, or strategic project execution preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments, leveraging structured methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable outcomes on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, risk management, and continuous improvement, with the ability to simplify complex challenges into scalable solutions.
  • Experience facilitating delivery governance and team ceremonies, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and drive decisions across senior leaders and diverse teams.
  • High degree of ownership, adaptability, and discipline, with a continuous improvement mindset and focus on driving outcomes and value.
