In support of its differentiated retail strategy, Global Partners has created a new executive level position. This is a key leadership role in the company as this individual will provide strategic leadership and hands-on operational guidance for Global’s retail markets and associated support teams. This includes a keen awareness of healthy lifestyle, clean ingredients and diet, and how to deliver those to the marketplace guests. This leader is directly accountable for building teams who will execute strategies to achieve the retail organization’s short- and long-term performance goals, including revenue growth, operational KPIs, profitability/margin targets, as well as inspiring hospitality standards and culture for employee and guests. The Senior Vice President, Retail ensures efficient operations and effective systems to accomplish Global's performance goals, along with the overarching corporate vision, strategy, and values.
