About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Product Management to join our Managed Accounts Solutions team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA or New York, NY. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Lead product management, development and strategy for significantly large and/or complex products of strategic importance. Analyze complex client requirements and develop solutions that may include more than one product. Craft strategies behind product development and delivery, including pricing, promotion, distribution strategies and competitive differentiators. Ensure Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal and other team concerns are addressed during product development, enhancement, delivery, strategy and planning processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience in Agile best practices.
  • Financial Services experience specifically managed accounts.
  • Experience using Eagle accounting system.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced/graduate degree, MBA, CFA, Product Leadership Certification, or applicable local/regional licenses or certifications preferred.
  • 10-12 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in Product Management, operations, or client management preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive product innovation and market competitiveness.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
