We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Private Banking to join our Private Banking team in Chicago, IL or Cleveland, OH. This role involves independently developing and implementing strategic plans for managing and growing client banking relationships, with a focus on revenue growth and retention. The incumbent will serve as a consultative advisor to clients, helping them achieve strategic objectives and acting as their advocate. Collaboration with Line of Business colleagues is essential to broaden client relationships and contribute to team metrics. Responsibilities also include prospecting new clients, conducting service review meetings, and ensuring client onboarding and risk management activities are properly handled. This position requires specialized knowledge in complex lending products and is intended for experienced private bankers with a proven track record of successful business production. The role demands frequent client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and alignment with firm offerings, continuous evaluation of client needs, and reporting on relationship strategy and results. The Senior Vice President will also marshal firm-wide resources to address client needs and proactively inform clients of industry developments.
