We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Private Banking to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you’ll make an impact by independently developing and implementing the strategic plan for managing and growing client banking relationships with a focus on revenue growth and retention. You will serve in a consultative role to clients, advising on the best way to achieve short- and long-term strategic objectives and acting as the client’s advocate and escalation point for satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with Line of Business colleagues to develop and broaden client relationships and contributing to the development of team/unit metrics, dashboards, and roadmaps. You will also prospect new clients in similar industries or segments, conduct service review meetings, and ensure client onboarding and risk management activities are conducted and captured. The incumbent will have specialized knowledge/proficiency in the most complex lending products/specialties. This position is intended for experienced private bankers with a proven track record of successful business production.
