About The Position

With over 260 employees, 9-figures in annual revenue, and roughly 3,000 inbound leads per day, our sales organization is one of the most recognized — and one of the most demanding — in the world. We’re scaling from $120M toward $250M+ in annual revenue and need an experienced leader to drive our next phase of scale. We are looking for a dynamic business builder, a leader, who has successfully scaled a sales organization from 90 to 200+ through well defined process, world class training and development, and operational rigor. This is a career-defining role for someone obsessed with sales excellence, developing high-performing teams, and data- driven decision making. The SVP of Sales will work directly with the President to own revenue strategy and execution across B2B and B2C sales channels, build the organizational design and operational infrastructure required to scale, and instill the accountability and performance standards that define 10X culture.

Requirements

  • Proven track record scaling a sales organization from 90 to 200+.
  • Master of sales operations and data — deep experience with CRM, forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance dashboards
  • Training and development expert — has built scalable onboarding, coaching, and leadership development systems
  • Strong B2B and B2C sales experience, ideally in high-volume lead environments (thousands per day)
  • Demonstrated success interfacing with marketing to optimize demand generation, lead scoring, and ROI
  • Deep understanding of the economics of lead generation and conversion
  • Process-driven operator who can install systems and playbooks without losing entrepreneurial speed
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills — able to inspire and manage a 250- person+ team

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue strategy and execution across B2B and B2C sales channels
  • Partner closely with marketing to optimize lead flow, lead scoring, and conversion economics
  • Translate company growth goals into clear sales strategies, KPIs, and operational execution
  • Lead expansion of the sales org from 90 to 200+ professionals, including frontline managers and directors
  • Build org design, revenue channel coverage models, and incentive structures aligned with growth
  • Ensure culture scales with size — instilling accountability, performance, and 10X standards
  • Oversee sales ops, CRM, and data infrastructure to drive transparency, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline health
  • Build a data-driven sales culture among reps, team leads, and directors that uses metrics to drive coaching, accountability, and optimization.
  • Design and deploy world-class training and learning development programs across onboarding, continuous learning, and leadership development
  • Build certification programs, playbooks, and repeatable systems to accelerate ramp time and boost productivity
  • Drive consistency and scalability of messaging, process, and best practices
  • Audit and refine every stage of the funnel — from lead handoff to close — to maximize yield per lead
  • Partner with marketing on campaign economics, attribution, and ROI analysis
  • Continuously improve call effectiveness, sales cycle times, and conversion percentages
