We are looking for a dynamic business builder, a leader, who has successfully scaled a sales organization from 90 to 200+ through well defined process, world class training and development, and operational rigor. This is a career-defining role for someone obsessed with sales excellence, developing high-performing teams, and data- driven decision making. The SVP of Sales will work directly with the President to own revenue strategy and execution across B2B and B2C sales channels, build the organizational design and operational infrastructure required to scale, and instill the accountability and performance standards that define 10X culture.
