Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership across IT, HR, Marketing, and Office Operations, ensuring each function is aligned, well-supported, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Guide innovation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity while driving automation and data-driven decision-making within IT.
  • Support a people-first strategy focused on growth, engagement, and a strong ownership culture within HR.
  • Ensure brand, communications, and go-to-market support align with business growth goals and strategic initiatives within Marketing.
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality workplace experience across teams and locations within Office Operations.
  • Champion continuous improvement and smarter ways of working.
  • Streamline processes and maximize resources.
  • Build scalable systems that support long-term growth.
  • Establish clear policies, standards, and controls.
  • Partner across teams to support compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Ensure strong vendor and systems governance.
  • Help shape budgets and investment priorities.
  • Balance cost-conscious decision-making with service quality and employee experience.
  • Align resources to drive meaningful business outcomes.
  • Lead and develop shared services leaders while fostering a collaborative, ownership-driven culture.
