Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, preferably in the healthcare or rehabilitation industry.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of integrity and dependability.

  • MBA or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversees long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the company's strategic plan.
  • Leads the financial planning and analysis processes, including forecasting and budgeting.
  • Manages cash flow, investment strategies, and capital allocation to ensure financial stability and liquidity.
  • Ensures accurate and timely financial reporting to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepares and presents financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensures appropriate cash flow.
  • Identifies and manages financial risks, including compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Develops and implements internal controls to safeguard the company's assets.
  • Leads and mentors the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensures the team has the necessary skills, resources, and support to achieve their goals.
  • Serves as a key liaison with investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluates and improves financial processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Implements best practices in financial management and operations.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
