About The Position

As the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, your primary mission is to define and execute a comprehensive global customer strategy aligned with Talkdesk’s business objectives, driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), exceptional customer ROI, adoption, and sustainable enterprise growth.
