About The Position

Attain is seeking a Senior Vice President of Business Marketing to lead our B2B marketing team through our next phase of growth. Our real-time measurement solutions, high-fidelity audiences and proprietary insights enable outcomes to increase customer lifetime value, and our marketing efforts are the foundation of that journey. You'll lead a high-impact team to strategize the creation and cultivation of account-based marketing initiatives, automation, branding, communication and events, as well as, product marketing, sales enablement, demand generation and content. Our ideal candidate brings exemplary marketing expertise within the ad-tech ecosystem, which will help continue to leverage Attain's unique positioning in the market. This is an externally facing role: you will represent Attain at industry events and conferences, on stage and in the press, as a visible voice of the brand.

Requirements

10+ years of B2B marketing experience in the ad-tech industry, with at least 6+ of those years in a senior leadership role
Deep understanding of the ad-tech industry and ability to champion cutting-edge technologies for the evolving agency, partner and vendor landscape
Experience leading emerging and established ad-tech brands through strategic planning for account-based marketing and marketing automation
Track record of building demand generation and email marketing programs with direct accountability to marketing-sourced pipeline
Experience owning product marketing and sales enablement, including product positioning, launch readiness and sales training programs
Fluency across the modern martech stack (e.g., Hubspot, Highspot), including evaluating and deploying AI functionality across content and marketing operations
Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with experience building high-performing marketing teams across multiple key B2B disciplines
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data-sets, key trends and turn those into actionable insights
Proven ability to meticulously track marketing spend across all channels and evaluate results for future budget planning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with vast experience translating and engaging non-technical audiences with technical information, as voices of the brand and customer
Confident public speaker with a strong industry presence, comfortable presenting at conferences, on panels and in customer-facing settings

Responsibilities

Own the strategy for marketing initiatives across Attain's real-time measurement solutions, audiences and insights
Create, execute and measure full-funnel, account-based marketing plans for our unique partners across multiple channels
Own product marketing and sales enablement: positioning and messaging, GTM planning for product launches, sales content and training, ensuring reps are trained and launch materials are delivered ahead of every major release
Build and scale demand generation, lead management and email marketing programs, with accountability for marketing-sourced pipeline
Direct content strategy across the website, blog, social channels, case studies, testimonials and video, including AI-assisted content production
Oversee competitive and market intelligence, including a formal win/loss program, and turn findings into positioning and sales tools
Collaborate with cross functional partners who bring extensive expertise in their respective areas; branding, event management and supporting a dynamic sales team
Lead and manage B2B marketing team in their respective areas of expertise and amplify collaboration to enhance creative, brand and event strategy
Own Attain's tentpole owned events, including The Outcome Summit, alongside our sponsored and industry event calendar
Represent Attain externally: attend industry events, speak at conferences and on panels, and act as a visible ambassador for the brand alongside the executive team
Manage external agency and vendor relationships across PR, social and content, including Attain's external Public Relations firm
Quantify marketing efforts related to broader business objectives and establish team-wide metrics for ideal revenue driven outcomes
Establish strong rapport with broader sales, product, technology and operational leadership teams in order to ensure organization wide alignment to marketing efforts and initiatives
Support internal stakeholders including HR, SLT and business development with communications, internal events and company updates
Provide thought-leadership related to 'The Outcome' and future potential publications
Report performance metrics and indicators to the executive leadership team to identify opportunities for growth
